Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations and staff performance
- Handle complex guest complaints and implement solutions
- Train and mentor new guest service associates
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests
- Monitor room inventory and availability systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Implement service recovery procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
- Texas Food Handler/Alcohol Certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
