Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for all guests
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with team members during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for duties)
