Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist hotel guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management systems efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
