Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for upcoming product releases, focusing on AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and innovative technical architectures for next-gen software systems.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Innovation: A passion for exploring cutting-edge technologies and a history of driving innovation within previous organizations.
