Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning business goals with engineering capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation AI and cloud architectures.
- Identify emerging market trends and technological disruptions to drive strategic pivots.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high-performance engineering within the organization.
- Manage the budget for R&D initiatives and ensure ROI on all strategic technology investments.
- Represent the company at high-level industry conferences and investor meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, scalable technical solutions.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
