Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and market position.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) into core business processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive trends that could impact our industry roadmap.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of technology platforms that ensure scalability and security for the next 5 years.
- Manage the technology budget and allocate resources effectively to high-impact 2026 projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformations and technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, with a specific focus on 2026 strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
