Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the long-term AI vision and roadmap for the organization, specifically targeting breakthroughs by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of world-class engineers and data scientists in developing next-generation autonomous agents and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, including Quantum AI and Neural Interfaces, to identify new business opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, neural networks, and machine learning pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
