- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic vision specifically tailored for the year 2026, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor Emerging Trends: Continuously scan the global landscape for disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Bio-tech) and sociopolitical shifts relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Integration: Translate high-level foresight into actionable business strategies, influencing product development, marketing, and operations.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex future scenarios to the C-suite and board of directors, securing buy-in for long-term investments.
- Competitive Analysis: Benchmark against industry leaders to ensure Horizon Futures Inc. is not just prepared for 2026, but leading the charge.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal 'future labs' designed to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, executive consulting, or futurist research within the tech or enterprise sector.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Studies, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and navigate uncertainty with confidence.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing cross-departmental initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
