Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration across enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-relevant applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emergent technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive sustainable tech adoption initiatives with measurable ROI metrics
- Mentor junior researchers in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing commercial applications for emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic architectures, or decentralized AI
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
