Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 initiative, identifying key trends in AI, machine learning, and automation.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of advanced AI systems, ensuring they align with market needs and ethical standards.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading tech firms, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders to drive innovation.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget and resources for future projects, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI strategy or future systems development.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and enterprise architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and translating them into business value.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive cultural change within an organization.
