Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business objectives.

- Oversee the research and development of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Autonomous Systems.
- Identify and assess high-potential technical opportunities to drive competitive advantage and market expansion.
- Manage the budget for high-tech infrastructure projects and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Present complex technical visions to C-level stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or Future Tech sectors, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and large-scale technology launches.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, or Distributed Systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud computing ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and scalability solutions.
