Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for Horizon Global Solutions, specifically targeting 2026 and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing breakthrough technologies in AI, Quantum Computing, and Bio-digital interfaces.
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and competitive threats two years ahead of the curve.
- Translate high-level futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps and engineering requirements.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions, think tanks, and tech incubators.
- Mentor senior engineers and scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation and risk-taking.
- Present complex technical visions to the C-suite and board of directors to secure funding and buy-in.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, R&D management, or product innovation.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Mechanics.
- Proven track record of leading innovative projects from concept to completion in a high-tech environment.
- Strong understanding of ethical implications in advanced AI and quantum technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment requiring rapid iteration and adaptation.
