- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to maximize qubit coherence and minimize computational latency in neural networks.
- Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical capabilities into business value.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, evaluating new hardware and software stacks to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in high-performance computing, systems architecture, or AI infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil) and large-scale neural network training.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
