Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests across all touchpoints
- Perform daily room cleaning, sanitization, and restocking to brand standards
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Support food and beverage service in hotel restaurants, lounges, or events
- Maintain clean and safe public areas including lobbies, pools, and fitness centers
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California Food Handler Card (if assigned F&B role)
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to various hotel locations
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Willingness to cross-train across departments
