Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations and phone inquiries professionally
- Maintain lobby security and cleanliness standards
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions
- Address guest needs and coordinate with housekeeping/security
- Document incidents and maintain accurate logs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all backgrounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems
