Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Assist with room preparation and maintenance to ensure premium guest comfort
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for seamless event support
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Support inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)

- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
