Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 5-star hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge)
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage $15M+ annual budget with P&L responsibility
- Lead 150+ staff through mentorship and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with AAA/Forbes Five Diamond standards
- Collaborate with marketing on brand positioning and VIP guest experiences
- Implement sustainable practices and operational efficiency programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury hotel management experience with 5+ years in Director-level roles
- Proven track record in Forbes/AAA Five Diamond properties
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and Yield Management systems
- Exceptional leadership with cross-departmental collaboration skills
- Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation abilities
- Deep knowledge of California hospitality regulations and labor laws
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
