Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Process check-ins/check-outs using resort management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public spaces
- Assist with event setup and banquet operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends & holidays
- Valid Colorado hospitality/serving permit (if applicable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
