Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Assist with event setup and coordination for on-site functions
- Maintain cleanliness standards across guest areas and back-of-house facilities
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
