Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately using hotel software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage daily financial transactions with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hotel management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the hospitality industry.
- Reliable transportation is required.
