Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures
- Train and mentor 10+ guest service representatives on service excellence
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate experiences through personalized service
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement upselling strategies for premium rooms and resort amenities
- Manage VIP guest accounts and anticipate needs through CRM systems
- Analyze guest feedback to drive continuous service improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel front desk management
- Proven expertise in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs tourism landscape
- AAA Five-Diamond or Four-Diamond property experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
