Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge support
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following sanitation protocols
- Operate reservation systems and manage guest inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle billing discrepancies and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Assist with event setup and meeting room preparations
- Adhere to safety standards and emergency procedures
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Zero hospitality experience required – we provide full training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Nebraska residency or ability to work legally in the US
