Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services teams
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Train and mentor staff on hospitality best practices
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Monitor budget performance and expense control
- Implement service improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hotel management or supervisory role
- Proven guest service excellence track record
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, PMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid New Mexico hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic financial reporting knowledge
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
