Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and friendly tone.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
