Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with check-in procedures, room keys, and local recommendations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and resolve billing inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Address guest complaints or concerns immediately and escalate to management if necessary.
- Process reservations and manage room availability to maximize occupancy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- A professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
