Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping positions
- Manage reservations and ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences
- Maintain immaculate room standards and public area cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and brand standards
- Support event operations and VIP guest handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving duties required)
- Food Handler's certification (for food service roles)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
