Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 staff during assigned shifts (housekeeping, F&B, security)
- Handle guest complaints and VIP requests with exceptional service
- Coordinate check-in/check-out procedures during peak hours
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage inventory and supply chain for shift operations
- Collaborate with department heads for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
