  • Supervise and train hotel staff, conducting performance reviews and organizing team training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in hotel management or front desk supervision.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or StayNTouch.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
