Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails to respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily cash and credit reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel management software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
