Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a pristine lobby environment
- Assist with special requests and VIP guest arrangements
