Responsibilities
- Efficiently process guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Manage reservations and modify bookings while maintaining accuracy
- Handle cash/credit transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Resolve guest concerns with prompt, solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain organized front desk areas and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Assist with valet services and special event logistics as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
