Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services to hotel guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments via hotel software systems

- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Ensure lobby area remains pristine and welcoming
- Assist with basic concierge services and local recommendations
