Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding amenities, directions, and services.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
