Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer incoming calls and manage guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with room assignments, reservations, and handling guest requests with a proactive approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space.
- Handle guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
- Process payments and manage credit card transactions securely.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems is a plus.
