Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Process payments and operate the property management system (PMS) with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and lobby environment.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations.
- Ensure security protocols and safety standards are strictly followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
