Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, room assignments, and payment processing using our Property Management System.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, take accurate messages, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Reception Area: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Revenue Management: Upsell room types and promote hotel amenities to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
