Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, payments, and room assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Reservations: Assist with room availability and process bookings to maximize occupancy.
- Security & Safety: Maintain a secure environment by monitoring front desk activity and following safety protocols.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs and housekeeping requests to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Software: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- Professionalism: High standards of grooming, hygiene, and professional demeanor.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
