Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Ensure all guest complaints and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally to maintain a 5-star reputation.
- Manage the hotel's budget, financial reporting, and P&L statements to ensure profitability.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols for guests and employees.
- Collaborate with regional management to align local goals with company-wide objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a comparable property size.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems (PMS).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
