Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas during the night shift.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
- Monitor hotel premises for security and safety, ensuring a secure environment for guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in-person.
- Perform nightly audits and prepare reports for the day shift management.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred but not required.
