Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, control operating costs, and drive revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team to foster a positive work culture.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with VIP guests and resolve complex complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term goals and strategic plans to enhance the hotel's market position.
- Compliance: Ensure all local, state, and federal regulations are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel software (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
