Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Make beds and change linens according to strict quality standards.
- Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are stocked with toiletries and supplies.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Interact professionally with guests and respond to requests promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
