Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of all services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, increase occupancy rates, and maximize profitability.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or full-service setting.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of hospitality laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
