Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas and facilities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Manage inventory and restock supplies for front desk and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Process cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to motivated beginners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
