Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently
- Operate switchboard and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving aptitude
