Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the front desk check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries via email and in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet coordination for arriving and departing guests.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with strict accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we train the right candidates!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
