Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and key issuance using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Reservations: Assist with making and modifying reservations, answering phone inquiries, and managing the front desk queue.
  • Information Services: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Security: Monitor the lobby area, ensure the security of guest rooms, and follow all safety protocols.
  • Administrative: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
