Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain high service standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and company cleanliness procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to optimize room turnover
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to management
- Maintain positive guest interactions throughout shift
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Dallas location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
