Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked, clean, and presentable for guests.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow team members.
- Efficiently manage time to complete assigned rooms within the allotted timeframe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license may be required for some property access duties.
