Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and answer inquiries.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records in the property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure the lobby, restaurant, and restrooms are immaculate and welcoming at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
