Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying IDs and processing payments.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards.
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to guests visiting Charlotte or the VA area.
- Assist in lobby management and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
